How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Due to Spring Break, the current lead time is two weeks.
We are located in North Carolina. Most US transit times are 2-5 days. International shipments can take up to 2 weeks transit time. Priority Shipping (2-3 days) is available within the US for an additional $3.00. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you need to upgrade to Priority Shipping,
What is your return policy? TOP
Keep in mind that the majority of the Pickled Beads Jewelry product line is custom made by hand and cannot be resold. If, for any reason , you are not completely satisfied with your personalized purchase, you may return your unworn/unused and undamaged item to me within 14 days of your receipt for a store credit for the value of the merchandise, excluding all shipping fees. If your item was not custom made and is non-personalized, you will receive a full refund, minus any shipping charges. Returns may not be accepted after 14 days. If your item is defective or there was an error in production, please see "Warranty Policy".

Do you provide a warranty for your products? TOP
I provide the finest quality components available. All bracelets are
made with 49 flexible strands of solid steel coated in silky kink-free
nylon. This beading wire is the strongest available and can hold up
extremely well under daily stresses. However, jewelry tends to take a
beating just under normal wear and everyone's threshold of 'normal' wear
and tear is different. Please thoroughly inspect the product's quality
immediately upon receipt. If your item becomes defective due to
workmanship or defective materials, you may return your item to me
within 30 days for a free repair. After 30 days, there will be a fee to
repair your jewelry. Please contact me for a specific repair quote
related to your situation.

Single Strand Bracelet: $15.00
Double or Triple Strand Bracelet: $20.00
Necklace and Earring repair prices vary. How do I care for my jewelry? TOP
To clean your jewelry simply polish the surfaces with a soft, dry cloth or jewelers cloth. Never submerse your jewelry in any kind of liquid. Do not use liquid jewelry cleaner or dips on the alphabet beads. This will remove the oxidation on the letters.
Please do not wear your beaded jewelry while swimming, bathing, or cleaning. The chemicals used during these activities can cause undue stress on all jewelry components. Even sleeping in beaded jewelry may cause stress on the moving parts.
What are your earwires made of and can I choose my own style? TOP
ALL earwires are nickel free .925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated. You may choose any in-stock style ear wire.
What if I want different beads? TOP
Most items are completely customizable. Just contact me with any questions or suggestions.
Can I order an out of stock item? How often do you restock? TOP
Typically, if an item is out of stock, I can still recreate the item so just contact me. Occasionally, the item may have been a one of a kind original and cannot be duplicated. I rarely leave those one of kind items listed unless I just really loved it and want to continue to be inspired by it :)
How much do you charge for shipping? TOP

How are your products packaged? TOP
All jewelry items are individually placed into rich
brown cardboard jewelry gift boxes lined with anti-tarnish white
cotton. The boxes are then tied with wraphia ribbon to make opening the box feel like a treat!
All children's bracelets are placed in a lovely organza gift pouch before it's placed in the gift box. The packaging is fit for a princess!
Key chains and adult bracelets are also placed in an organza gift pouch prior to placing in the gift box.
Do you offer gift wrapping services? TOP
The gift box that your item arrives in is super adorable. It is a high quality chocolate brown jewelry gift box with my logo on the lid. It is tied with coordinating ribbon. I'm happy to include a free gift NOTE, if you'd like. But I do not offer gift wrapping.
What is your privacy policy? TOP
Safeguarding your privacy and the
security of your personal information is a top priority at Pickled

personally identifiable information. We may only release your information when we
believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site
policies, or protect our or other's rights, property, or safety. Pickled Beads Jewelry, LLC never sees any private credit
card information. Please see PayPal's privacy policy when
paying by credit card.

directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. How do I determine my bracelet length? TOP
For adults, A comfortable fit for a bracelet will be 1 1/4"-1 1/2" larger than your wrist measurement. Measure your wrist with
a soft flexible measuring tape, then add either 1 1/4" or 1 1/2", depending on how loose you like to wear your bracelet, and this will be your bracelet length. You may also use a ribbon or a string
by wrapping it around your wrist, marking the length and then
measuring with a ruler. For children, the best fit is 3/4" larger than wrist size. If you cannot measure their wrist, just give me the child's age and I have average guidelines for each age group.
For custom orders, it is especially important to take the time to
accurately determine your wrist size.
I already have a Mother's bracelet and I've just had a new baby. Can you add a strand to my bracelet? TOP
Yes! I will gladly add another strand to your bracelet. You may send your bracelet to me (contact me first) and I will polish all of your existing beads to a brilliant new shine and restring all strands onto new wire for extended durability. Contact me for pricing.
Even if you
didn't originally buy the bracelet from me, I will gladly add another
strand and make it match your existing bracelet as closely as possible.

I'm ordering a customized item. How long will it take for me to receive? TOP
The current lead time for creation is 2 weeks. If you've requested a special charm or a design 'tweak', this lead time may be extended (this will be communicated up front). Please keep in mind that shipping times vary and I cannot control the speed of your item's arrival after it's left my shop.
I like your examples, but what if I want the item in a different color? TOP
My specialty! My photos are just examples and the designs may be customized in countless ways.....but a color change is the easiest! Just let me know what color you'd like and I'll take care of the rest.
Do you offer gift certificates? TOP
Absolutely! They are not listed on my site but just contact me to purchase one. They may be for any dollar amount. What a great gift!
The bracelet I ordered from you doesn't fit! Now what? TOP
No problem! I offer a one-time free resizing if returned within 14 days. The shipping and handling charge for this service is $5. Please contact me to discuss.
How long will my child be able to wear her baby bracelet? TOP
This is somewhat easy to determine. Each bracelet includes a 1" extender chain. The chain has 4 links. The smallest setting (the size you order) is the first link. She'll then have three more links that measure .25" each to grow with. So, she gets .75" to grow with. You can look at the growth chart to tell approximately how long it will fit her. For instance, if you order 5.25" to fit a two year old right away, she will be able to wear it until she's 6-7 simply by moving to the next link with each growth spurt! What value!

I've heard that Swarovski Crystals contain lead and may be harmful to children. TOP
There's been a lot of discussion recently about the lead found in
Swarovski crystals. These crystals do have a 33% lead content. Lead is not harmful to humans unless it is inhaled
or ingested. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUPERVISE CHILDREN
WHILE THEY ARE WEARING BEADED CRYSTAL JEWELRY. Swarovski crystals
should not be ingested. With enough force, some components may become
detached and pose a choking hazard. Please do not allow children to
play with beads or let them place any jewelry, charms, clasps, etc. in
their mouths. Do not allow your child to sleep in beaded jewelry.
Many of my children's products are LEAD FREE and I encourage you to
choose wisely.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, will
Pickled Beads Jewelry, LLC be liable for special or consequential
damages that result from the use or inability to use the materials from
this online store. In no event shall Pickled Beads Jewelry, LLC be
liable for the injury, damage or expense arising from any materials you
