Return Policy:
I want you and your gift recipient to be tickled with your Pickled Beads
purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy, please contact me. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping. Custom or
customized orders are not refundable or returnable.
- Merchandise must be in the original condition. Used items will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be carefully packed in a sturdy box. Do not ship in a padded envelope, as the product may get damaged during shipping. I cannot accept or take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in return shipping.
Once your merchandise is received, I will email you to let you know that
I have received the item and will issue a credit back to your credit card.
Please contact me for the return mailing address. If the item you received was damaged, defective
or incorrect, please notify me immediately.
Insurance Policy:
Your packages are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is NOT included
with the shipping and handling. If you
would like to have your package insured, please make this request in
the "Add Instructions to Seller" section during checkout, or let me know in advance and I can manually email you an invoice for your purchase. The insurance fees are: Fee . . . . . . . . . . Insurance Coverage

If insurance is not specifically
requested during checkout, I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged
during delivery.
Warranty Policy: I provide the finest quality components available. All bracelets are
made with 49 flexible strands of solid steel coated in silky kink-free
nylon. This beading wire is the strongest available and can hold up
extremely well under daily stresses. However, jewelry tends to take a
beating just under normal wear and everyone's threshold of 'normal'
wear and tear is different. Please thoroughly inspect the product's quality immediately upon receipt. If your item becomes defective within 14 days, you may return your item to me for a free repair, exchange, or refund. Custom orders may be returned within 14 days for repair only. After 14 days, there will be a fee to repair your jewelry. Return shipping is included in the repair fees.
