• Return all packaging (the gift box and the organza bag) and return in the original shipping container.

60 Day Warranty Policy:

I provide the finest quality components available. All bracelets are made with 49 flexible strands of solid steel coated in silky kink-free nylon. This beading wire is the strongest available and can hold up extremely well under daily stresses. However, jewelry tends to take a beating just under normal wear and everyone's threshold of 'normal' wear and tear is different.  Please thoroughly inspect the product's quality immediately upon receipt.  If your item becomes defective within 60 days,  you may return your item to me for a free repair.  After 60 days, there will be a fee to repair your jewelry.   Return shipping is included in the repair fees.

A little about the components that I use:

STERLING SILVER
Sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.

SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS
Genuine 32% lead "Strauss" crystal from Swarovski of Austria.  These are more expensive than other crystal types but they have the best sparkle and flash. Swarovski crystal pearls are also used.  These are crystals that have been coated with a pearl luster to give them the look of a high luster pearl.  Swarovski stands behind their product and guarantee that the finish of these pearls will last.

BIRTHSTONE CRYSTALS
If I ever mention birthstones, these are all Swarovski Crystals. Common Gemstone names have been given to the crystals that most resemble them.  I occasionally use actual gemstones but the description will be very clear when gemstones are being used.

LAMPWORK BEADS
The art of lampworking was developed in Africa more than 3000 years ago. Artists use an open flame known as a lamp and a blowpipe to introduce oxygen to create a hot flame melts the glass. Current torches are still referred to as lamps hence the name “Lampworking”. Glass comes in a wide array of colors and to create each bead the colors are applied and melted individually onto each bead, ultimately making each bead a work of beautiful art in itself.

FRESHWATER PEARLS:  Freshwater pearls are a kind of cultured pearl that comes from freshwater mussels.  I am picky about the quality of my freshwater pearls and only use pearls with high luster and a smooth finish.

GOLD-FILLED BEADS
Unlike gold plated beads that only uses a microscopic film of gold, hence the gold coming off, gold-filled beads have a layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film. 14k gold filled is at least 14/20th gold by weight.
